1. General Overview
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services, subscriptions, and transactions offered on the Freed Finance platform (the "Platform") operated by Freedom Labs LTD("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
DUE TO THE INHERENT NATURE OF DECENTRALIZED FINANCE (DEFI) AND BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY, TRANSACTIONS EXECUTED ON-CHAIN ARE PERMANENT, IMMUTABLE, AND CATEGORICALLY NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE INTERACTING WITH THE PLATFORM.
2. On-Chain Transactions & Swaps
2.1 Blockchain Irreversibility
All token swaps, liquidity pool deposits (Autonomous Vaults), credit/debit operations, and bridging transactions are executed directly on decentralized blockchains (such as Arbitrum, Ethereum, or Solana) using smart contracts. The Company does not custody your funds during these operations and has no power to reverse, halt, or modify any completed on-chain transactions.
2.2 Gas Fees and Slippage
Network transaction fees (commonly referred to as "gas" or "priority fees") paid to blockchain validators are entirely non-refundable. The Company receives no portion of these fees. Any financial loss due to slippage, front-running, or unfavorable oracle pricing during volatile market conditions is the sole responsibility of the user.
2.3 Smart Contract Risk
While our smart contracts undergo thorough third-party audits, interactions with decentralized protocols carry inherent smart contract risk. The Company is not liable to refund or compensate users for losses arising from protocol exploits, network outages, or validator failures.
3. Subscription & Membership Fees
3.1 Monthly and Annual Fees
The Company offers optional premium membership tiers that charge a monthly or annual subscription fee (denominated in USD/EUR or equivalent stablecoins). Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring cycle.
3.2 Refund Eligibility & Cooling-Off Period
If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory consumer protection laws, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee within 14 days of your initial sign-up(the "Cooling-Off Period"), provided you have not utilized any premium platform features (such as discounted swap fees, priority routing, or strategy execution).
3.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused days during the billing cycle.
4. Token Genesis Sale Contributions
Participation in the Freed Finance Genesis Token Sale represents a contribution toward the development of the decentralized ecosystem. Contributions made in USDC, USDT, or other digital assets are immediately locked into audited vesting contracts and are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
Before contributing, you must ensure that you are legally permitted to participate in your jurisdiction and that you understand the vesting terms (6 Month Cliff + 1 Year Linear Release). No refunds will be granted for locked tokens, KYC verification failures post-contribution, or changes in regulatory classification.
5. Card Top-ups & Gateway Disruptions
Freed Finance utilizes third-party fiat-to-crypto gateways (such as Bridge.xyz) to facilitate neobank functionalities like card top-ups and bank wire integrations.
- Failed Transfers: In the event that a wire transfer or card top-up fails to clear compliance/fraud checks, the funds will be automatically returned to the originating bank account or debit card by the partner gateway within 5 to 7 business days.
- Processing Discrepancies: If a debit occurs but assets fail to be credited on-chain, contact our support operations at support@freed.finance for immediate balance reconciliation.
6. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
THE COMPANY RESERVES THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO ISSUE REFUNDS OR PLATFORM CREDITS IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
If the Company decides, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund or credit, it does not create an obligation to provide future refunds or credits. Any discretionary refunds will be paid in the original asset type and amount, or the USD equivalent at the time the refund is processed, at the Company's discretion.
