THE COMPANY RESERVES THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this Policy regularly.

To the extent permitted by law, modifications may apply retroactively to information previously collected. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.

1.3 Conflict Resolution

Blockchain transactions are publicly visible. We may collect and analyze public blockchain data related to wallets interacting with our smart contracts.

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, INCLUDING THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS AND OTHER JURISDICTIONS.

Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by the Company.

You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements. Note that blockchain data cannot be deleted.

7.4 Limitations

We may decline requests that are unreasonable, repetitive, require disproportionate effort, or jeopardize the privacy of others. Exercise of rights may affect your ability to use the Platform.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and access credentials. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect these.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us immediately.

10. Do Not Track

The Platform does not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. We may continue to collect information as described even if your browser transmits a DNT signal.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

  • We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

16.1 No Absolute Security

Despite our security measures, no system is completely secure. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE PROTECTED AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, LOSS, MISUSE, OR ALTERATION.

16.2 Limitation of Liability

Where required by law, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities of qualifying data breaches within the timeframes mandated by applicable law. Notification does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.
